
Do not recommend DJI Care
This has been the worst customer support experience of my life. My remote controller (RC) was stolen—which apparently blocks the "Fly Away" procedure—yet they won't tell me straight out that they are refusing the service. Instead, they’re giving me the runaround, asking me press buttons in the app that simply aren't there or asking me to connect to a remote that has already been reported as stolen.
So, if there is a chance of your RC being stolen or lost do not buy DJI Care it will not save you money in case of "Fly Away"
