WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU WISH YOU KNEW BEFORE BECOMING A CLAIMS ADJUSTER?
How many hours a week are you working?
How many hours a week are you working?
how much do you make, and how long have you been an adjuster?
I get it, being a claims adjuster seems like a pretty difficult career, especially if you have a family and children, which I do not have. I am a company’s dream employee; I am always there, I’m punctual, I am responsive and reliable. But of course, no one wants to hire someone with little to no experience, which is why I applied to trainee positions. But boy oh boy, is the market shitty. Anyway, that’s my 1 min rant, hope most of you are having better luck. Though, let’s not kid ourselves, who is getting a decent paying job in this market.
P.S. if you are an ALLSTATE/NAT GEN recruiter DM me.
I got a job offer to work at efinancial as a bdr. The only problem is that that base pay is 15 hr. Right now I’m making $17/hr at my current role…My goal is to become an AE within a year but I hear it’s competitive. What was your experience as a bdr? How long did it take you to become an AE?
Starting a job soon as a BDR at eFinancial. If you’ve worked as a BDR at eFinancial what was it like? What were somethings you liked or didn’t like about then job?
Has anyone worked here before?
I already have a job at a call center I’ve been there for 3 months, and it’s a pretty chill job. I get paid $17/hr because I’m bilingual. I have a group info session with Fidelity today. I’m interested in the position; I just kind of want to know if they’re a decent company to work for. Their starting pay is $15/hr, so if I leave my current job, I would be taking a pay cut.
If you work in the sales dept at select quote what was the hiring process like? Do you like it? And how much are you currently making? For reference I’m a newbie in the insurance world…
I’ve been researching a lot about becoming a life insurance agent. I have my mind set up that it’s what I want to do as my career path. With that being said it seems like sales especially this type of sales is mostly about leads. Leads seem expensive though… the more leads you have access the higher the probability of profit… how much should I save up. Honestly idk If I can just start this career path with nothing my rent is $2500.
I do believe I can do it in this industry but also I don’t want to be homeless trying so I must save and prepare…. I’m just not sure how much any advice?
How much money should I save? Should I look for positions where I can be a 1099 or W2 employee? And based on your experience, what are somethings you wished you knew before becoming a life/ health insurance agent?
I am torn between becoming a life insurance agent or a P&C IA If you are in either of these industries how much do you make and what do you love/hate about your job. Is there something you wished you knew before getting in industry? (I live in Texas, if that matters)
