VR Rock photochromic lens
Update 07/03: VR Rock reached out to acknowledge the issue and they're now making a new set of lenses for me.

I decided to give VR Rock photochromic lenses a try since I heard good things about the company, and I wanted a green tint. The new lenses darkened nicely (comparable to Meta's transitions) when outside, but this is as light as they get while indoors, not exposed to the sun.
Their support is claiming this is normal and caused by all of the extra lens coatings, which is kind of ridiculous seeing how clear Meta's transitions lenses are in the same environment.
These are non-prescription photochromic green lenses, non-polarized, with all of their extra coating options (anti glare, anti blue light, etc.) selected.
Can anyone who ordered photochromic lenses from VR Rock share their experiences?
