There no name for 2 bits. We have byte for 8, nibble for 4, bit for 1, but nothing for 2?
It would have functionally no use and would never be spoken. I still say we need a name for it.

If I have a vertex, is there a tool that allows me to move the vertex while keeping it only on the face it is connected to?
Say I have a vertex on a face like pictured. I want to be able to move that vertex in space while making sure it conforms only to the faces that surround it, is this possible?
I do know that in this example you would just use vertex sliding to put it into place but imagine a more intricate scenario where the face was not so simple

[Q] Are there any other steps I can take to recover my account?
Randomly out of the blue, my account received the following message:
> Your account was blocked for violations of the Telegram Terms of Service based on user reports confirmed by our moderators.
I don't know why my account received this status, as it is ~6 months old and I only used it to DM irl friends and follow some groups that I mostly only read and didn't actively talk in. I think my account must have got hit by some sort of false positive.
I have submitted an appeal through Spam Info, but I have not received a response and it says my account will be deleted on May 23rd. I'm not attached to the account in any way because I only used it to read messaged and rarely write, but from what I understand I will not be able to make a new account as my phone number is permanently tied to this blocked account.
Are there any other steps I should try before I call this account (and my ability to use Telegram) gone forever?
