If I wanted to educate myself in economics as pluralistically as possible, where should I start?

Hi all! Not sure if this question is allowed, but also unsure of where else to go. TLDR, I hated math growing up and am now incredibly fascinated by the study of economics as a whole. I’m generally good at guiding myself through a self-made syllabus of sorts, but it seems daunting to sort through and decide what to teach myself about first, especially in our current era of misinformation. I am aware that no amount of research or reading can replace a formal education, nor do I desire to necessarily work in economics, but I do want to gather as much of a whole-rounded view of the topic as I can. So:

Where do I start? What starting topics, areas of study, books, studies, papers, etc will best inform me on the study of economics? What are the key schools of thought that are the backbone of economics? I obviously have ideas of what these answers would be, but want to know if that’s true in practice.

PT Recommendations?

Hi all! My PCP agreed to refer me to a PT for my hypermobility. My insurance is Cigna. Does anyone have any recommendations for PT’s they have had good experiences with in the Littleton area or surrounding?

I’d love some advice!! I’ve lost 50 pounds already but have a lot more to go, and have been stagnant for about a year. My job has been very stressful lately (and I’m also on ADHD medication) so for the past few weeks I have had an incredibly minimal appetite while at work. I’ll bring breakfast/lunch and cannot get myself to eat more than a few bites. As soon as I get home, however, I find myself starving and eating whatever I can find for dinner, and it is often not the healthiest. My weight’s been fluctuating quite a bit because of this.

I’m worried about my nutrition and my metabolism, especially considering I have hormonal insulin resistance which can be weird when it comes to eating certain foods in certain orders. I also have a history of binge eating that I am worried will pop up again if I end up eating one full meal a day basically, which is not good for me in the long run.

What are some easy snack-like foods I can have at work that are nutritious or high satiety? What are some smaller meals I can make for breakfast or lunch that won’t leave me starving and over-eating at night? Any recommendations would be super appreciated!

I’m worried about my nutrition and my metabolism, especially considering how nit-picky PCOS and insulin resistance can be when it comes to eating certain foods in certain orders. I also have a history of binge eating that I am worried will pop up again if I end up eating one full meal a day basically.
