Literally lost after switching from FitBit app
- What happened to the daily cardio goal ? - the weekly one is not really useful to me, I want to know how Im doing day to day. There's no daily cardio tile...
- How to set goals ? I had cardio health as a goal in the Fitbit app. Do goals still exist ?
- Why does sleep have a massive section in the dashboard ? Not really useful to me.
- How to switch off the annoying movement reminder ? (I had it off in the Fitbit app).
