So, I charged this. It charged fine. There was a little rubber thing on the top that I removed. And there is a button on the side. I think I did all the things, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Anyone familiar with this type/brand and is there a trick to it?

My oldest kid lost their childhood stuffed penguin, that was a gift from their grand mother, and it was subsequently stolen. They are turning 21 in a couple of months, and I’ve been trying to find it for years.
It was a cheap, mass produced penguin that had a star on its tummy. It was most likely purchased from Burlington Coat Factory. That’s as much as I can remember.
