I realized my team is doing busy work, not being actually productive

So Im working on my startup as usual, and I was checking on my content creation team (2 admins) and i realized they arent bringing any value to my page, or so as i understood

They are active every day on my brand's account, but all they do is follow-unfollow, reply to founder's content and posting contents i've been giving them

Im not quite sure but im thinking thats considered "busy work", because they arent bringing any actual lead or client to my waitlist

Am i being a bad boss or my gut is right?

How many users in waitlist is enough to launch the actual product?

Im building my product and as im slowly getting closer to finish it, i gathered around 50 users for my waitlist. Im not quite sure if i should launch right away or should i expan my list and my followers first

I dont want my brand and product to look cheap and messy. I want it to be professional and organized. How many users on the waitlist should be enough to launch my tool??

"Building is easy", no its not

I keep seeing people saying on different platforms that "building has never been easier"

I mean thats true, rn its the best time to build in our era

BUT THE WHOLE PROCESS IS STILL A HARD. SPECIALLY IF U ARE PLANNING TO BUILD SOMETHING BIG

AI or other features cant always be best at coding, thats why we still need to study coding or hire developers, dont get too hype

How does Reddit marketing even work??

I've seen builders and founders be talking about how reddit is a great place to find users and clients

But i genuinely cant figure out. They all say you just have to stick around where users are talking about the problem you solve, but how?

No one really explains it clearly enough imo. Also, almost every single subreddits I've joined so far restrict any form of promotion so how can u even gain users in conditions like this?

What was the first sign that people genuinely wanted your product?

I'm at the stage where im gathering users for my waitlist, i have around 40 50 users in the list and i have heard founders and builders liking my idea and my product, but im not quite sure if im on the right track right now or not.

Because if only builders compliment it, does it make it useful really?

What did you saw or heard from users that showed ur product could succeed?

Still struggling with no views after 2 months of posting everyday on X

After a few months of building I decided I need to share my journey as a founder just like everyone else. At first it wasn’t anything important to me rly. I just wanted to enjoy the experience. But as I posted everyday, I saw more small founders and builders accomplishing more than I ever did in a month. That made me obsessive over it more than I could imagine. Now it’s a pretty huge deal to me to grow a social profile while building.

Everyone keep saying “it takes time” “be patient”, but what if the strategy is wrong? If I cant find the right audience here, how else am I going to find my target client and users? I’m seeing posts saying “Building is 10% of the work, 90% is marketing.” And as it seems I suck at that which is alarming.

Should building a social media be this important to me?

I could just make an account for my brand when its finished but I think that’s just too late.
