so i took admission in heramba chandra college.when and where do i get the physical verification notice??

Opened the wbcap portal today. i have the option to submit my last preference list but cannot prepare a new one.says application window closed when i click on check eligibility. didn't get a clg in last round. Does that mean i cannot make a new pref list?

should i consider mehanical engineering from private colleges like heritage (less likely) or narula.is there even the slightest chance of placement or is the faculty good?
