Ideas for bush/hedge?
Any ideas on how to trim or update this bush/hedge to make it look more modern? It's large and healthy, so I don't want to remove it completely. Appreciate any thoughts of advice!

Drainage/gutter help?
Apologies if this has been posted before, but anyone have any recommendations on someone that can help with gutter drainage/downspouts? We keep our gutters clean, but still tend to get some leaking in our basement during big rains. I could use some help restructuring/cleaning some of our downspouts and drainage. Thank you!
