Relay network not communicating with each other?

So I made this geostationary relay network of kerbin, The orbits of the 3 relays are the same (slightly different inclination but that shouldn't effect anything) As you can see they all have a direct line of communication to one another and ground stations on kerbin alike, and they're even communicating with landers on minmus at pretty good signal, so what is the problem here?

Yes the antennas on the relays are actual relay antennas, (2 HG-5s),

No they are not communicating with any more rockets I launch, even with them right above the KSC, dunno why.

Can someone help me out? thanks.

Oh yeah i dont have any mods that effect communication either.

(picture of a ship not having communication with a relay even though its right above it)

How good would a MacBook neo be for my use case?

So my old Acer swift 3 broke, and with school opening up in less than 3 weeks, I found myself investigating every laptop I come across down to the littlest details. I've been looking at the MacBook neo for a while and all the information I get on it are mixed AF. Like:

Some ppl say it's horrible performance wise,

Some say it is really good performance wise,

And I have no way to gauge how good this laptop would be for me. I'll probably be doing these things the most;

AA Gaming (modded KSP, modded Minecraft, subnautica, Roblox, stuff like that.)

Pretty light schoolwork (but very frequently)

Basic video editing,

Light programming in game engines,

And light 3D modelling in Blender (nothing too crazy)

Here's the 2 things I am aiming for:

At least 100fps on all the things that I do (I have an external monitor and from what I've researched I can get up to 144hz on it)

Have it last atleast 5 years. (I'm installing a grizzly thermal minus pad along with a decent exterior cooling set up cuz there's no heatsink or fan on the Neo)

Is this a good option for me? Someone please help me out, thanks.
