Does anyone else's agoraphobia get better/worse with the seasons?

This might just be me, but I've noticed my agoraphobia seems to get a little better, a little more manageable when spring and summer come around. I'm able to at least walk out into the backyard and water the plants, maybe even do some gardening. Shopping isn't so bad, but only when I'm with someone.

Then fall and winter come around and it's the worst. I'd rather not go out at all. Not even the backyard, not like I can tend to any plants because it's all dead by then. I can easily go for weeks without stepping foot outside. It peaks in the winter. Last minute christmas shopping in stores is incredibly difficult if it must be done.

I don't know if I have seasonal affective disorder because my depression is a year round thing. It doesn't get better or worse with the seasons. Just the agoraphobia and I'm not sure why.

Favorite fan songs?

When I was a kid in the early 2010s, I used to love listening to the array of Portal themed songs that were available at the time. My personal favorites were Taste The Cake by Ray Koefoed and The Device Has Been Modified by Victims of Science. I also loved Will Bedfords songs when they were still available on his channel.

What were yours?

Ridiculous songs that you think are funny

I have a playlist that I rotate songs in and out of for when I'm on long drives with my man. I have a few songs in there that I think are silly to surprise him and get a laugh outta him.

So mixed in with a lot of nu metal, emo, and post-hardcore is

* Rock and Roll McDonald's by Wesley Willis

* Rainbow Road by RhymesWithStomach

* Jesus Was Way Cool by King Missile (he HATES this song but I think it's funny)

* Butcher Pete by Roy Brown

Genre does not matter, give me your best suggestions

Hi! I've been dealing with agoraphobia since 2022 and it's been an up and down battle. Right now I feel like I'm at my peak with it, staying inside most of the time. But unfortunately times are rough in general and I really need a job, agoraphobia be damned.

Problem is, the well for work is kinda dry right now. I know I'll need to do online work/WFH stuff and I'm okay with that but the problem is idk where to start. I'm fine with learning new skills, but it seems a lot of online work is for highly experienced people in certain fields or are total scams. I've considered transcribing but the pay for that is abysmal.

I guess I'm curious as to what kinda jobs y'all have, if you work? I've seen around indeed and there aren't a whole lot available with my (lack of) skills, still require travel, or are only for people who live in different states than I do. My work experience prior to all of this was in retail.
