Wireview 2 pro wired limiting 5090 to 450w

Just got the WireView 2 pro wired today for my Zotac RTX 5090 Arcticstorm AIO that I have had for awhile. When I connect the WireView 2 it starts to show my 5090 as a Zotac RTX 5090 Solid in furmark, it limits the power percentage in afterburner from 104% to 100% and lastly it limits the card to 450w under load. When i switch back to connecting my 5090 directly to the psu everything goes back to the normal, 600w, 104% and RTX 5090 arcticstorm in furmark instead of the solid. Any suggestions on what to do and try?

Edit: tried reseating the 12 pin cables and driver reinstall. Thermal Grizzly now sending a replacement after talking to support and showing that the cable was not working properly.

I was looking at the ineligible ball list for 78D USBC events. I noticed the 900 Global "Boo Yah" original is on the list but not the newer 900 Global "Boo Yah Pro", which was the last ball 900 Global made in their San Antonio plant before moving to Utah with Storm. Anyway I have a new in box 900 Global Boo Yah Pro laying around, will I be able to drill that and use it at Nationals in Reno? Edit response from USBC: “The original Boo Yah! made in 2015 is not allowed

The Boo-yah!pro from 2020 is allowed for 2026”
