Jealousy over other oshis

I don't know if this is the best place to post this, but I don't know where else to... Does anyone else get jealous of people have more merch of your oshi? Especially when I see people on TikTok... There's this one content creator and I'm so jealous of him cause he has so much merch and a bigger following, etc. It's gotten to the point where I started to work on a more accurate physique so I can cosplay that character and also be associated with them (hopefully). I know this isn't normal but I just want to know if anyone else is like this and if there's any way to get over it. It's gotten to the point where I've considered blocking that person

Russian as second language

I hope I'm flairing this right, I'm not sure if it was class or academics. I'm a sophomore planning to transfer to LSA, and I didn't take an AP language class in high school. I'm very interesting in learning Russian, I'm taking Russian culture this semester. I loved learning Russian history in my free time as well.

How difficult are the classes in general? I took Latin in highschool and I know Korean for some context. I tried teaching myself some Russian but I always get overwhelmed with trying to learn a language without someone guiding me.

I'm fine with anyone sharing their experiences with any language class as well!

Deciding which professional school I want to go into

Hello! As the title says, I'm debating on what professional school I want to go into. I want to do zoonotic spillover research, or anything that works with animals and healthcare (I'm open to other jobs. I don't mind a deskjob or anything in a lab, but I love being outside and would prefer that). My mom wants me to go to medical school, which I really don't want. I want to do vet school, but I'm afraid my mom will tell me to put that effort into medical school instead. She knows what I want to do, but I feel like she doesn't understand it fully. Unless I'm the one who doesn't know anything, please correct me if medical school is the best decision to make. I for sure want a PhD in public health or anything related to this field. I'm a sophomore in college and I just figured out what I wanted to do after years of having no goals or dreams, so I apologize if I sound a bit stupid. I have been doing my own research as well.

Debating between Masters and/or PhD in public health or medical school

I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place to ask, but it's as the title says. I am a rising sophomore in college and I was formerly a sports management major (long story...I'm back to medicine now) I really want to work in a hospital, but am not certain if I want to see patients. I feel like I come off as very rude and blunt, and I don't think people want to have a doctor like that. I would like to do research in maybe epidemiology, but I don't know for sure. My grandfather has a PhD in public health and an MD, and has done many things for the WHO. He's the reason why I am considering public health since I've admired him for so long.
I have so many interests within medicine as well. I think cardiothoracic surgery is very interesting and I wanted to be a surgeon in that field. I also think that oncology is interesting. I also enjoy botany and ecology and want to learn more about how nature can affect human health. I have so many interests, I just don't know what to do. But I know I need to make a choice soon. I really am leaning towards medical school, but is it even worth it considering my interests? I am opening back up to the idea of becoming a surgeon, but I also have an eye disability so I don't know if I can even become a surgeon with it.
Idk this might've been a lot and I'd appreciate anyones words

How did you figure out what you wanted to do in life?

I am currently a freshman studying sports management since I really enjoy soccer (please don't come at me for using soccer...) and F1 and I wanted to work in those fields. However, all throughout my high school career, I was focused in science. I had the goal of becoming a doctor so I took AP bio, AP calc, anatomy, etc. But during the summer, I changed my mind and changed my major. As I'm taking classes, I feel like it's not right for me. I am considering changing my major to psychology since I love psychology and I want to do research in it. I am not 100% sure why I didn't consider doing psychology, probably since I felt like I'd need to work with people like in therapy. I don't enjoy talking to others, which also contributes to my feelings that sports management isn't right for me. This is also more of a petty thing but I don't know much about football, baseball, basketball, etc. I grew up in an immigrant household so those sports weren't important to us. We would always watch soccer or swim since I was a swimmer. A lot of my classes seem to be geared towards football and baseball, and all of my classmates know so much about it. I don't know any of the big names or players in these sports. I know I can learn it, but it's like they had a whole lifetime to learn all of that stuff and I'm falling way behind. Everything about this major feels so off to me but I'm very hesitant on changing since I really like the idea of working in part of a sports team. I like both the idea of being a researcher for psychology and working on a sports team... but I think realistically researcher would be a better fit. I've been asking my friends how they figured out what they wanted to do, but a lot of them just focused on what they were good at and enjoyed. I want to switch soon since a lot of the credits don't have overlaps

How have you all figured out what you wanted to do? Or if you were in my situation, what would you pick?
