I was given this card from a shop owner. I have absolutely zero clue about Lorcana. I see PSA 10s, sell for a crazy amount, is this worth grading? How do you even pregrade for Lorcana? Thank you!

On my initial claim, my lower back injury was denied, but was "diagnosed with a disability." The letter states that I had a back injury in 2010, which 16 years ago, I honestly dont remember.
I was trying to claim for when I injured it in 2023, which I have documentation on and ended up going to Urgent Care, and followed on with an MTF, but I guess it never ended up as LOD for the guard. I have all my records on this injury.
