Hi, I received a 'fine' from PPC for parking in a guest spot at the apartment building where I reside. I was only there for 5 minutes. I parked, took my groceries up to my flat, and by the time I returned, there was already a 60 CHF payment notice.
They are not answering their phones, and they haven't replied to my emails. This 60 CHF charge feels like a blatant money grab, and I’m not sure how to get it cancelled to avoid future issues.
