A-list change of heart

I posted a few months ago about how I hated the new Southwest policy, esp as an A-list member. I changed my mind. I like upgrading myself to the extra legroom when available, boarding group one and not having to hustle for my seat.

I’ll miss the Wild West of the old days but my recent experiences have been pleasant.

Before the new system did the seats in front have that much extra legroom? I often fly in the back (Burbank) but I can’t recall the front of the plane being this “luxurious”.

Are Alaska cruises more casual?

Wondering if due to the expedition nature of the cruise it isn’t as fancy at night?

Planning on bringing chinos and collared shirts/sweaters for the evening. Maybe a casual blazer.

Thanks for any advice.

Hello,

I’m moving from the westside to Pasadena and I’m looking for a new dentist. My dentist of 20 years is pretty old school, which is great because I never felt like she was upselling. That said, I wouldn’t mind someone who had more current techniques.

Thanks!

Hello.

We have 600 in onboard credits for an upcoming journey. I booked excursions ahead since they could sell out, and I paid for those out of pocket. But I think the credit can’t be refunded to me, it’s only to use onboard- is that right? Are the plenty of spa appointments etc to choose from once you are onboard? I booked (and paid) for a lot already just out of fear of it selling out (and glad I did in some instances).

Thanks
