Is this mold?

I know this is a recurrent question in this sub... It doesn't smell weird or anything, but also what the hell ???

It appeared the next day we prepared the next batch of kombucha...

Update: It's not mold!! I'm sorry for the obvious question, I talked to my MIL about this and she did a weird face hahahaja I just didn't want to throw it all away 😭 thank you all!!

UPS says it can't obtain "security access" for delivery to an Access Point

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me understand what's going on with my UPS package.

I ordered an item from a European website and selected a UPS Access Point (a locker at a local gas station in Spain) as the delivery location. The package arrived in Madrid about two weeks ago, but since then UPS has been repeatedly failing to deliver it to the pickup point.

Every few days I receive the same email:

"UPS Exception Notification. We are attempting to obtain the security access our driver needs for this delivery."

I honestly have no idea what that means.

I've used this locker many times before with different carriers and never had any issues. I've also picked up other packages from the same location without problems. It's just a normal locker at a regular gas station, so I don't understand what kind of "security access" UPS could be missing.

I've tried changing the delivery through the UPS website, but it won't let me. I also tried submitting a claim, but the process won't go through. When I called customer service, I only got an automated message saying that delivery changes were not possible.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

* Is my package basically stuck in limbo?

* How many delivery attempts will UPS make before returning it to the sender?

* If it gets returned, am I likely to get a refund?

At this point I'm starting to worry that the package is lost.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
