A little while back, I switched from Airvpn and while setting up ProtonVPN through Gluetun, I had some issues with the speed. Didn't matter what tutorial i followed and i did.

I was seeing good speeds on bringing up the container but they soon dropped within seconds. I have a 2.5G symmetric connection and I was no where close to it in Qbit. I was connecting to 2 or 3 seeds on Qbit.

But Speedtest on the container was close to line speed (~2G). So somthing was off

But the screenshot in this tutorial made me notice something i missed in my previous setups. while selecting a WG config, i would always select Block Malware Only on Level for NetShield blocker filtering.

This time while generating WG config, I selected No filter on Level for NetShield blocker filtering and Eureka!, I could connect to more peers/seeds and my speeds jumped

Sharing this as it might help someone else. I can now hit 1G download speeds on some torrents and consistently get 400-500Mbps on most torrents and I'm happy.

Me (M35), and wife(F32) are married for 6 years. We have a 18 months old son. We are immigrants from India in USA.

Our 6 years of marriage was rocky. There were more downs than ups but someone there were few good moments and felt like we made it through our issues. But off-late i'm feeling I'm tolerating a lot of disrespect. How much is too much? Yelling 6" from my face, spitting on my face, hitting me (not to the extent of domestic violence but still), threatening to call cops for fake domestic violence, calling neighbors in the middle of the night because she couldn't handle her emotions and losing her mind, belittling all contributions to the house (100% of mortgage, bills etc), targeting my parents, family almost everyday.

She says she has stress issues and doctor has advised no to stress, which means I can't talk about anything that is bothering me or any marital issues or anything that she disagrees on. But anytime she wants to talk and solve issues, I have to just listen and not counter or put forth my opinion. Apparently we both want to the marriage to work but she wants no stress and to focus on her career while I want to sort out of marital issues to move forward. I don't see I'm gonna get anything from this marriage. Only reason, I've stayed put in the marriage is for my toddler son.

What can I do? Counseling or anything else? How to approach this situation?
