Help with DS-KIS212(B) - 4-Wire HD TVI Video Intercom Kit
I have been having trouble connecting a second indoor unit as an extension to the main indoor unit. I have followed the diagram that says the main indoor unit dip switch should be set to 1, while the second indoor unit (extension) dip switch should be set to ON. I connected the data cable from the output of the main unit (B) to the input of the second indoor unit (D)
Now, if the outdoor unit doorbell button is being pressed, only the main indoor unit shows the image from the doorbell camera while the second unit lit up but shows nothing, but both the main and the extension indoor units ring, but it is until you answer from the extension unit that you will be able to see who is at the outdoor unit.
I want the main unit and the extension unit to show image whenever the doorbell button is pressed.
