Trying to maximize my file transfer speed between my PC and Macbook but limited to 100mbps using SMB sharing via filesharing on macOS.

Hardware:

PC hardwired via cat7 to my ASUS BE18000 router on a 2.5gb port.

MacOS Macbook pro 14in pro is where I am sharing my files.

Speedtest shows that I can achieve 1g speeds with my PC and my macbook can do up/down 500mbps via wifi 5gh network.

Overall, file transfer speeds between the two are capped at 100mpbs and was wondering how I can increase the speeds? Is this a software issue or a hardware issue?

I love the Steam OS Overlay that lets me know the total power draw and time left so that it eases my battery anxiety while also letting me tweak my settings depending on how much time left I need to kill that I use all the time on my Steam Deck OLED and LG2.

Is there a way to get a similar overlay for Windows? Just pledged for the Onexplayer 3 but since steamOS isn't supported yet, wondering if there was a way to get a similar overlay like SteamOS does.

Currently in that rabbit hole of looking for a dedicated tablet controller for my ipad 11.

Currently using the Gamesir G8+ which is fine but the latency when using for moonlight is a bit much for me and also having too snap it open every time gives me pause. So now looking for a dedicated tablet controller via USBC that can connect to it without trouble.

I was able to find a Razor Kishi V3 Pro Locally for $100 but also a Memo S3 for $15 and couldn't what more benefits the Razor Kishi has over the affordable Memo S3. Or to even consider a Gamesir G8 and mod it with an extender?

Hoping to hear if anyone has the options above and insight on to this!

I just got into the hobby and currently trying to create a full calorie Vietnamese yogurt ice cream similar to Maven's Vietnamese Yogurt Icecream with Greek Yogurt and condensed milk. Wanted to run by the recipe with everyone for further recommendations or suggestions as I wasn't able to find any similar recipes in the community.

Using Scoopulator my ingredients below for a Deluxe:

- Greek Yogurt: 350g

- Condensed Milk: 150g

- Glycerin: 15g

- Guar Gum: 0.75g

- Xanthan Gum: 0.25g

- Sunflower Lecithin: 1g

I tried a serving temp with another recipe for 15C but found it a little hard out of the freezer, was perfect from the ninja creami but looking for scoopable without reprocessing so that I can grab a scoop or two whenever. Looking for a subtle sweet with a tang similar to Vietnamese Yogurt.
