After almost 3 months of searching I found a place last week and signed the contract!!!
Building and pest will be done in the coming week on the 5th day of our 7 day clause. CBA said they ordered the valuation and notified HA.
There’s body corp which covers building insurance (if I’m correct).
Is there anything else I need to do while sitting tight?
In the early 2000s in Australia, I watched a film hand labelled ‘CIRQUE’ on a VHS tape.
Things I remember:
- Live action
- Blue ‘creature’ which was a person in a blue skin tight costume with a tail. They fell asleep in a chest in the attic
- Chest in attic was a portal to a circus town?
- Main character was a young boy who was visiting this circus accompanied by a circus person
- Fire breathing man
- Trampoline video game act. Boy presses buttons which make the person jump on the trampoline
- Bike shop where they try lots of crazy bikes, a mini bike, and a two person bike
- girl(?) in a yellow skin suit/costume
- minimal dialogue. Possibly French or European
