Hey everyone, looking for a new PCP office. Been a patient with Rittenhouse women’s wellness center and I’m over them. Quality of care has gotten really bad the last few years. Most recently, my pcp left the practice and no one notified me? Only found out because I tried to schedule on the portal and her name wasn’t there and I had to call them to see what was up. Live in Delco but work in Philly, so I’m open to providers in either area
Hi all! Currently almost 4WPO and I was cleared to move away from front closure bras and can wear more every day bras (soft cup, no underwire, with light compression for support). I believe I’m about a C cup now and am at a loss as to what bras are worthwhile for this stage of recovery. I return to work tomorrow and didn’t necessarily want to wear sports bras if I don’t have to.
Any recs or tips as to what to look for or stay away from?
Surgery scheduled for 6/3 for reduction, TT and lipo on flanks and underarms. I have a list of questions to ask tomorrow at my pre-op visit but want to make sure I’m not missing anything.
What are some things that were helpful for you to know or wish you had asked pre-op?
