Which is best in coming 3-4 year

I'm from kanpur and looking for BTech-cse(ai&ml) in cu. I have also participated in uptac, but I don't have much chance of getting good colleges through it. Via uptac I can get clgs in Noida ghaziabad like niet akgec abes, where roi is not good. Here I don't need to spend on hostel.

I also have the option of Axis College, Kanpur. I can get a TFW seat here easily.
The only cost will be my travelling expenses. Due to the attendance criteria, i never consider psit. In u're views, which is the right option for me.

Maine suna hai ki yha ek baar placement lgne ke baad ye log students ki I'd freeze kar dete h jisse voh next khi aur apply nhi kr skte. Is it true ?? Seniors plss guide.
