This piece on the bow broke during the first outing

Looks like it snapped at the grommets, not sure how given how gentle I was on the water and when assembling/disassembling. Bummed about this and going to email Oru. Is this a part they might replace complimentary?

Thoughts chat? Seems like a terrifyingly huge drop, but not sure how people would have hit their heads had their seatbelts been properly fastened.
