I am packing my bag and won't be back for a year to visit. I'm stressing out. All the stuff I want to pack is not fitting 🤣 and I like to wear nicer things. My stuff is all merino wool/silk/linen at this point and I like makeup and skincare as I'm in my 40s I need it 🙃. What do you all do? I have a 26 checkin bag and a cotopaxi allpa 28L. This packing for all seasons is almost impossible.

I literally just put my daily contacts into my bag and they took up so much space. How do you all do this?

So I realized anytime I restart my computer Jamf turns on wifi on the login screen and def is finding wifi if I don't turn it off quickly before it's done searching. Once logged in my wifi is off on the Mac as per my settings.

How big of an issue is this?

I'm in a pickle as me and the hubby were planning to move out of country later this year.

We put our house on the market its a 4 bed 3000sf quarter acre property with large lot. We paid 730 for it a few years ago and spent 100k on remodeling, everyone says it's beautiful that has viewed it and given feedback. The price is now dropped to 799k and it's still sitting. We already will be losing a bunch of money selling for this price so no way we can drop even more.

Looked into renting it out. Our current monthly cost is 3.1k including insurance and Property Management company said they can rent it out for around 3.7- 3.8k and they take 8% after that.

So basically we would be left making around $300 a month and that's if nothing happened that month that required a service call.

Not really sure what to do. Do we still try to sell or rent it out. Both options are not ideal

So basically I wanted to set up a WireGuard at my parents house using Brume3. However they have a pretty extensive setup and don't know their main internet router login. Resetting it to get said login would obviously mean redoing their whole house setup again.

What are the options here? Can I just plug into their router without a login to use their IP? I read tailscale is a possible option for this but am not sure. Also keep seeing tailscale is slower than just using wireguard.

So I was about to pull the plug on this set up and came across this gem. What do you all do for this? And is it only the yearly big OS update or is this all of the minor ones as well?

I live in the PNW and am a bit confused about translations.

Where do I get them done? Do I have to mail off my documents to get them done? Or can someone just look at a virtual copy of the document and send me the translation? How long does it take to have the translation in hand? I ask because I am pretty sure I will have some last minute court documents I will need to add on to the packet.

What confuses me is I have heard people mention that their translations were bound together so I am unsure where to get these correct translations. I have had to do them for other countries and they seemed to not be as official.

Curious about this situation and if anyone else is making this work

I will be out of the county most of the year and currently live in income tax free state of Washington, this is the address I currently have listed at work (this home will be sold shortly so I think I will have to change the address with my work at some point)

I plan to get one of those domiciled addresses in Florida for mail/taxes and FL ID eventually

The problem is I only have family in California I can leave V--P--N with. So technically my work would see me constantly logging in with a Cali IP but my actual address with them is a whole other state

What are others doing in this situation? I'm not trying to evade taxes and plan to file them but I also don't want to get stuck having to file them for California where I will not be living at any point(they are the highest tax state 😩)

Does this type of service exist anywhere? Happy to pay monthly
