Whats up everyone, my names Gustavo. Im looking forma room sublease/takeover for the summer for my internship in the Fashion District. I’m looking for either a private room or people to get a place with near Downtown LA. Budget is around $700–1300 depending on the setup and I’m mostly focused on finding something affordable. I’m open to shared houses, apartments, lease takeovers, month-to-month places, furnished or unfurnished. Looking mainly around Koreatown, Westlake, Pico-Union, Boyle Heights, East Hollywood, or anywhere reasonably close to DTLA. I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with, and ready to move soon.
