Where did it go and where's your new found "transparency"?

Please... Fix your product. Bring back multi turn and not this half baked version!

In your last post you claim to be transparent so this is your opportunity.

Obviously there's multiple issues with the latest updates.

Do you have neutered your product.

What do you have to say for yourself? How can this ever be better?

Your customers deserve an answer!

The latest app and firmware update is a disaster, and the "fix" to multi-point turning is worse than what it replaced.

Let me be blunt: the new turnaround behavior is tearing my lawn apart. Not "some wear on the grass", ACTUAL DAMAGE at every turnaround point, run after run. This is the worst it has ever been on this machine. Not worse than last season, worse than EVER.

What's insulting is that this was shipped as a fix. It isn't one. It's a compliance workaround dressed up as an improvement and carelessly pushed to customers.

And let's be honest about why this happened, because nobody at Mammotion has been. EN 50636-2-107 A4 requires obstruction sensing in every travel direction whenever the cutting means are running. The Luba has no rear obstacle detection. A multi-point turn reverses with the blades spinning. So the maneuver had to be gutted.

You guys are cowards for not telling us the truth directly and clearly.

I'd like a real answer, not a support macro telling me to lower my task speed and vary my mowing angle. I've already done that. The problem is the firmware.

I am no longer recommending your products to anyone.

Just bought some new cameras and adopted them in. I do not see an adaptive recording option anymore. In fact on my existing ones I don't see them either. I can switch an existing one from always to custom or never and then back again and when I do so, they're not tagged in the recording mode as adaptive on the left hand side.

Why did you do this?

Give your customers real information and answers.

People are reporting that the new Android and iPhone release is the app has removed multi point turn. Luba tares to lawn when more now.

All the sudden, I'm no longer getting notifications on my phone. It started a couple weeks ago. I haven't changed anything. Android, Samsung s26. Cleared all app cache and data and logged out and in again with no effect. I verified notification settings. I'm on the old app... Don't like the new interface and don't say to upgrade firmware on my mower.

Anyone have this problem or have a suggestion?

Earlier today I was able to connect to the robot via Wi-Fi with the Android app. Now I can't connect to it. The rtk shows online in the app but the robot does not. I've rebooted the robot, my Wi-Fi environment, and my phone. Nothing seems to resolve it. I've confirmed that the robot is on the Wi-Fi network.

Anyone else having issues?
