Confused on this

I opened up Paypal I got $50 from Amazon?

I use Amazon quite often but I don't ever remember hooking up my PayPal to my Amazon account (I could be misremembering but I'm not sure)

Is this one of the scams where if I accept the money it takes back double from my bank account or something?

How do I report somebody that got banned off of discord and made several new accounts?

This guy gets banned because all he did was self promotion and try the dox people but he keeps making new accounts whenever they get suspended or terminated is there just the way I can report him to discord at the moment he makes a new one?
