Neck MRI next week

36f, 157lbs, 5'9, no medication, military.

Monday evening I'm scheduled for a neck MRI. I've had many an MRIs (both knees, lower back, left hip w contrast, right shoulder w contrast) but I'm really nervous about this one. My hip and shoulder MRIs were pretty painful having the contrast injected as the joints were very inflamed to begin with. I've received no information for my neck or where they inject the contrast. Would I be able to get some information on this? Will I be really sore for more than a day?

BAC order looking low

I just order a bunch of BAC and these ones are looking a bit lower than my previous order. I like to stock up. Has anyone had this happen. Ordered from same supplier each time. One on the left has more, was purchased in May.

Edit: Everyone is totally right, thank you. The label says "eBac" and not Hospira. I've reached out to the site I ordered from and told them about the issue, and as far as I know, they haven't had issues with refunds in the past.... But this will be my 3rd order of water from them and it's disappointing. Thank you for everyone's help. I've posted a screenshot in the comments of the page that comes up when I scan the QR code

A fantastic Doctor who educates

I'm sure many of us follow many YouTubers, so our own respective research on all the things we are putting into our bodies... Atleast I hope 👀

But with that being said, I follow this Doctor (yes she is real and licensed in the US) who does a fantastic job at teaching viewers about the good, bad and ugly of many of the things we are doing. She operates outside the insurance system and why she talks so openly and freely to provide education.

"Dr. Ashley Froese"

Just wanted to share her wealth of knowledge!
