I’m a little confused around uk standing and plug-in solar.

Has it been made legala with the guidelines updated for 800w systems or is it still in guidelines / industry talks?

I’m new to Tesla so please be nice.

In the uk and driving on a dual carriageway. Cruise control on at 70 and move to outside lane. Cruise control starts to apply regen braking or it certainly slows down and I have to press the accelerator.

For context. There wasn’t a vehicle in my lane in front of me at all or another vehicle around.

What’s going on? What settings are making this do this?

First time (and excited) about getting model 3.
Got it on 2 years PCH through Santander.

Firstly - do I need to get gap immediately on delivery or can I wait a few days after I take delivery?

Secondly - I’m looking at gap insurance and I think I want to go with Ping but they have 2 options and I’m confused which if the following is what I need.

Finance Gap
This Finance Gap policy will cover the difference between your comprehensive motor insurer’s settlement, and the settlement figure for your Finance Agreement. Products suitable for Hire Purchase or PCP.

Or

Contract Hire Gap
This Contract Hire policy will cover the difference between your comprehensive motor insurer’s settlement, and the settlement figure for your Contract Hire/Lease Agreement. Products suitable for Contract Hire or Lease.

Does anyone have a model 3 delivery checklist they would like to share - first time buyer so knowing all the pitfalls would be good.

I’m in Scotland and looking for an excepted delivery in June (fingers crossed)

I live closer to edinburgh - can I get the new car delivers to their Edinburgh Center or is it glasgow?

When do I make or get the option to set that choice?

This is my first Tesla so help appreciated.

I got msg from Tesla app today.

“Complete your pre-delivery tasks”
Prepare for your model 3 delivery by providing registration details.
With a starts button. - I clicked on the start button and it takes me to the

Step 1/7 (delivery detail) which was already
Step 2/7 (trade in)which was already complete
Step 3/7 (financing)which was already complete
Step 4/7 (schedule) which is “check back later)
Step 5/7 (final payment) which was already complete
Step 6/7 (review agreement) can’t do anything
Step 7/7 (final delivery) can’t do anything

So my question is - what the task I’m meant to be doing?

The car is on pch from Santander and I have got a vin or ref number yet in the app and this is the second time this message has appeared - help
