Confusion ... not sure what to ask the doc

Hi all,
I started on a compounded version of Zepbound about 2.5 years ago and initially lost around 25 lbs. Unfortunately, I’ve regained most of it and am currently only down about 8 lbs overall.
For context:
Male, 5'10
~202 lbs
Lifting weights 3–4x/week consistently
Also doing cardio and PT/core work
Recently focused heavily on muscle building and increasing protein intake (~160–180g/day)
The good news is I’m definitely getting stronger and can see muscle development in my shoulders, arms, chest, etc.
The bad news is I think I unintentionally turned my “recomp” into a mild bulk:
strength up
appetite up
muscle up
fat up too (especially belly/chest)
I’m realizing I probably need to:
tighten calorie tracking
keep protein high
clean up food quality
reduce hidden calories/sugar/sauces/snacking
The issue is that at 10mg, my appetite no longer feels very suppressed — especially with the amount of training I’m doing.
I’m debating asking my doctor about increasing to 12.5mg.
For those who lift seriously while on Zepbound:
Did increasing dose help with appetite control during a cut/recomp?
Did it hurt gym performance or recovery?
Were you able to lose fat while maintaining strength?
Would appreciate any experiences or advice.
