so this is mainly aimed at older people in this sub, maybe parents or grandparents, even. i'm 25, and i've lost around 7 years to severe mental illness. i've been working hard to recover (medications, appointments, therapy, counselling, etc) but i still sometimes feel like i'm a waste. i've never been in any trouble, no legal issues, nothing like that, though. i always had pretty good potential and grades, and i haven't been able to achieve anything yet, because of my mental health. my family do say i'm a talented artist, so i have that, at least. is 25 still relatively young? i'm neurodivergent, so i feel and act younger than i actually am anyway. but i just need some support and kind words, that it's hopefully not too late for me. (no 'tough love' please. that doesn't work on me, unfortunately.)
does anyone know where these figurines are from? i got them secondhand and i'm curious about their origins.
embarrassing, but i just randomly woke up and needed to use the bathroom, and had a small amount of very watery diarrhoea, out of nowhere. i'm panicking, now. i did take a tranexamic acid pill around 2am (now 9am) on an empty stomach-could that be the cause? my brain is coming up with all sorts of explanations (food poisoning from a sausage roll i ate yesterday, a virus, etc) and none of them are helping me. it's been really hot here, too, so i've probably been drinking more water than usual. i feel very slightly nauseous but i don't know if that's because of the fact i'm panicking, a little. my stomach feels unsettled.
i just went to the bathroom, and had very loose diarrhea for no reason. it's been pretty hot here so i don't know if that could be a factor? anxiety, maybe? i don't know. but i'm just a little anxious and would appreciate some support.
basically, a relative of mine i saw yesterday had diarrhoea and vomited, later last night. i physically interacted a lot with this relative (hugs, kisses, etc) and i'm just a bit worried, even though she didn't vomit prior to seeing us.
