I'm gonna start with the fact that I am a salesman for Ford and I sell brand new passenger vehicles.

The cousin of my wife's mother wants to buy a second hand car. She looked at some Toyotas. Asked me for help (actually asked when i can help not if i want to).

I started asking the normal questions - how is she gonna use the car, for how long, why exactly a Toyota, etc.etc. She said she is loooking at Yaris and Corolla and the car is gonna be used mainly for out of the city. I suggested the Corolla. I also suggested a Focus for slightly higher price but brand spec new from me. She declined, stating she don't like Fords even though I compared the two cars with logic, not just "buy from me". Still a no. I swallowed the defeat and started looking at the used Corollas from the local Toyota dealer.

While looking at them I remembered that we also have a used Corolla on the lot. Then I showed her all of the Corollas from our dealership group from the whole country. The ones that she is watching particularly from the Toyota dealer are exactly the same with two or three cars that we have on stock. Exactly the same trim level, body, engine, EVEN THE COLOUR. EVEN THE PRICE. With our cars being with less mileage. Yet she said she dont like it and prefers not to look at them?

I mean since you are engaging me in my free time to help you with cars, I offer you tons of solutions, you still reject my opinion, why the fuck should I help you go look at Toyotas and help you with what exactly?

ALSO WHAT KIND OF A SALESMAN AM I WHEN EVEN THE FUCKING RELATIVES CHOOSE NOT TO BUY FROM ME. Its not even from me.... I won't get a penny because there is another salesman that specialises in used cars.

It's just principles.

The main question - What would you do if you were in my place?

I've tried everything. Android TV app, phone app and casting it, PS5 app. It is so choppy. No buffering, just choppy. It is annoying af. No issue on laptop/phone. Internet is also not the problem, around 500mbps of downloading speed, so yeah. Anyone managed to find a fix?
