Maintenance for 2023 ES 350

Hi guys, which of these are worth getting? I went in to get a heater cover for the high pitched noise that sometimes occurs in my car and they gave a few recommendations. I’m at 17.5k miles. I got the car at 14.5k miles from a reputable dealership so I haven’t done a PPI so I’m wondering if it’s worth getting them all for the first time around. I’m going to ultimately get some (hopefully not all) of them done when I go for my 20k maintenance. Thanks!

Transmission Alignment?

hi guys, I tried to find this in the sub but surprisingly could not find a clear answer about it. So here I am incase anyone else wanted to know - I'm going for my 20K maintenance soon and one of the recommendations was for transmission alignment for a lil over $100, is this worth doing? Anything I should've noticed when driving the car where it would be good to do? Thanks!

Edit: sorry I should’ve added 2023 Lexus ES 350

Pre Purchase Inspection but Post?

Hi guys, so I got a used 2023 Lexus ES 350 back in March 1. It had 14.8k miles and I haven’t had any issues driving it. Recently I noticed a small swirling sound when using HVAC and it’s only sometimes but also only when I have it on, meaning it stops as soon as I turn it off. So, I’m taking it into a reputable shop to get it looked at but my question is, is it worth getting pre purchase inspection, since I’m going in anyway, to get the rest of the car checked out or just get the HVAC fixed and call it a day? Im at 17.3k miles now and have not had any issues mechanically or otherwise except the one above. PPI would be $199

Thanks in advance!
