75% off promo not applied to first bill

I got the unlimited premium plan with 75% off promo on August 3 and then I activated the plan on my phone on August 6. When I checked Fi Savings, it showed that I still had not activated my device. When I got my first bill, I saw that the amount that I had to pay was $72. When I was purchasing the plan, it showed the amount was $16 on the checkout page.

I contacted customer support last week and asked them why it still didn't show that I had activated my plan in fi savings. They replied me back today and said they were able to fix it today. I checked my account and now it shows I activated my device on August 4.

They also told me that the 75% off promo credit would be applied to my account starting on my next billing cycle. I asked them if my first bill would be adjusted to $16 but they told they won't be able to adjust it.

Loan was supposed to be repaid on 6/23. he sent me a messaging on that day saying he was waiting for the money to be deposited into his account his account and that he would let me know when he sends me the money. I messaged him multiple times since then but he didn't respond to my messages.
