I’m not sure with this

Should I hire someone who claim as SEO expert that has audited (very thorough) my site? I’m concern he would intentionally create a new issue on my website that causing me pay more that initial work. He works by himself).

Leasing office changed rent price [WA]

Last week I got letter from Leasing Office of my apartment that they want to increase my rent next Feb. The amount is $1966 for month to month, $2005 for annual lease. I asked them whether it’s not vice versa, and they said no. So I told them I will pick $1966 whether it’s mo 2 mo or annual contract. Two days later they gave me another letter with the amount changed as follow: month to month $2005 , annual $2005. Now both same amount. I feel that they not consistent. What you think folks? Is this right?

My biggest mistake that cost me almost 100K

I had Home Loan with Chase bank for a few years. We divorced when the mortgage balance probably less than half way to paid off. We have the property short sale without taking out the money we have in that loan that value around $80K at that time. The home finally got sold and we got nothing. Chase didn't write us any letter to remind that we actually can take Home Equity Loan. Is that ethical?
