I am building a small website. Its a management system type website. I will be working on FE & BE , have already coded a bit but I need some creative UX for it. So that's why looking to delegate that task.

Since i am a single dev , so wont be able to pay very high per hour but decently i can pay. Also if we click and product goes well so it can be a long term association.

Pls DM with your portfolio or designs you have worked on along with the fee you are expecting.

My lips become quite dry , I have used boroline and vaseline but it dint work. My water intake is also good but still my lips get dried out.

What you guys use to treat it ?
