So I’ve had some setbacks, been feeling a little down. Looking to put together a playlist to wallow in it and at the same time blast it away. I need LOUD, medium to fast tempo hard edged rockers, with some strong social political content.

So far I’ve got:

“Never gonna change” Drive by Truckers

“We can’t make it here anymore” James McMurtry

“Lungs” (Townes Van Zandt cover)- the hardest version I can find is by SG Goodman

“Sally was a Cop” Alejandro Escovedo

Tried to find a good rocking version of “If I had a rocket launcher”…That also touches on the bag I’m looking for.

Hard and grim… to match this world right now. What do you got?
