Sweaters for FN?

What kind of sweaters are best for FN types? I’m currently fall shopping and I’m seeing so many cute sweaters. I tend to run into an issue, however, where I feel like they make my shoulder area look super wide/bulky.

Any tips on flattering styles?

Are these results achievable with lip flip/filler?

I have been considering trying lip filler and possibly a lip flip. I’m not sure if these results would be achievable with those procedures, or if I’m totally off base and this isn’t reasonable or if something like a lip lift would be needed.
