New signs for unauthorized filming?

Did something happen to prompt these being made?

ETA 2: Seems like there could be multiple causes. Meta glasses, incidents of disruptive and invasive customers acting technically within the law, etc.

ETA: This was probably because of a specific incident of a black man recording his own running videos in the far end of a Meijer parking lot.

Race relevant as he was not breaking Michigan law with his recordings and it is thought to be racially motivated scrutiny.

The placement of the signs isn't even going to address the issue taken with him as they are to be put on the doors; most people will understand this to be prohibition of filming in the building.

CATA to eliminate late night service on Route 1 and replace it with Uber

As a night owl who as is wishes there was better public transportation for the hours I'm actually awake this is so frustrating.

Getting ADA/FMLA Approval to not work in wildfire smoke?

I submitted a doctor's note saying I am not advised to work for the time being, but was told by HR it wouldn't mean anything if it didn't relate to ADA or FMLA approved accommodations, and that I have to continue to call in for each individual shift.

I already have a bunch of accommodations, but none of them relate to my air-quality sensitivity. Per this legend my area has been in the maroon, and I have symptoms in the orange.

If they count all of these absences I will be over 6 attendance points.

Am I looking at an unavoidable termination here?

Sleep Study says diagnosis of OSA despite all apneas being central?

Granted there are 62 hypopneas of unstated origin. But I don't understand why the diagnosis is OSA and the recommendation is the institution of CPAP when I did the study in the first place because I am already using CPAP therapy and it has not been effective.

Is this consistent with other people's experience of sleep study results? The study was performed without CPAP but I was told had I exhibited severe apneas etc they had a machine and the same nasal pillows I use at the clinic to pivot to observation with CPAP. So it's not like they didn't know I have a CPAP at home.

I feel like my doctor would understand if given these results I wanted to pivot to ASV or something but I'm worried insurance will fight that given I was diagnosed with OSA.

Confused about prepaid phones, other inquiries

Hi all,

The dumbphone finder pinned doesn't show options I'm aware of in either online storefronts or that I've seen in local stores.

I was thinking of having a cheap prepaid phone in addition to my smartphone, because I honestly hate using the smartphone for phone calls, especially if I'm asked to verify some information. I find it very difficult and overwhelming to navigate between my calendar/browser/email app back to the phone app / keypad, and I'd really just like the calls to themselves to be on a simpler device with physical buttons.

Switching my SIM card in and out of two phones seems like too much a hassle too, though I guess if I have to resort to that I would, i.e. not a dealbreaker scenario. The trouble with even considering it though is my current phone plan is a family one (for 4 people) I am not in charge of and uses E-sims.

Thus: my want for a prepaid dumbphone. If I could have my unicorn it'd have QWERTY keys for texting too, but that seems to be a big ask nowadays...

Anyway, opinions on listings like this? I am not understanding what the "prepaid" aspect is since the second image talks about a discounted rate for the "first 3 months". Does that mean the first 3 months after the 1 month prepaid plan runs out?

My other thought, and this may be out of the purview of the sub, but I figured there may be some overlap and I don't know where else to ask: I've seen bluetooth handset receivers, and while on their own they solve the problem of needing to keep the phone near my ear, I haven't seen any with a keypad, when one of my issues is finding it difficult to use the keypad mid-call. (I'm sure we're all unfortunately familiar with automated systems having you press a sequence of numbers that sometimes only go through once the bot is done speaking in order to talk to a real person.)

Would something like that even be possible? And if so how would I get or even make one myself?

Stoopfest Secret Set Band Name?

Hi, we were late getting to the last show at ANC and didn't catch the band's name. And the schedule doesn't have the name either.

I didn't get the impression they want to be totally obscure because they said the name of the record all the songs are going to be on, but I didn't hear it clearly...
