Cat Flu/FHV

Lulu (6yr old Domestic Short Hair) had a URI/Cat Flu in April (coughing and sneezing, no eye or nasal discharge, no oral ulcers)
We didn’t do a blood test but are operating under the assumption it was caused by FHV or Calcivirus.
Antibiotics and Steroids were given and she recovered from the cough and stopped sneezing majorly.

But she’s been sneezing every so often since, sometimes she’ll go a day or two without sneezing and other days she has quite a few sneezes and some of them quite big/loud sneezes.

She has a Lysine gel supplement in her food every night to help reduce symptoms but it doesn’t really seem like it’s helping. She’s only had 1 dose of the Vaccine for these viruses and is due the second dose in June.
I’ve also noticed her eyes can get a little bit red in the corners, but one of our vets just said she was going through a flare up.

Is there anything else I can do to help with the sneezing?
(I’ve been taking her into the bathroom with me when I shower and I run a humidifier nearby when possible)

Cat Coughing after eating grass

Lulu went outside very briefly this morning for about 10 mins and ate some grass off our lawn. She’s never had a problem after, mostly just throws it up and goes on with her day.
Today though she started coughing and heavy swallowing. She did throw up a small amount of white foam (will post in comments) and had a cough here and there but now it seems to have amped up.
She also is recovering from Cat Flu/URI/Feline Herpes has been cough free for 3 weeks from it tho and considered recovered as of last week when she had a flu shot.

How long do I let this cough go on for before I make her an appointment with our vet? Cause I’m in a tricky situation with work right now.

Feline Herpes/Cat Flu

Lulu was diagnosed with an Upper Respiratory Infection in April. Most likely caused by Feline Herpes Virus.
She finished all her meds as of May 2nd, today she had a small sneezing fit (3-4 in a row) followed by a singular big sneeze and a couple small sneezes later. She seems more tired today than usual, is she just going through a flare up (will her symptoms get worse?) or should I make a vet appointment?

Not Vaccinated either & takes a Lysine supplement daily.
