Isn't this breach of my data? Docon

So I headed to an ENT doc near my house to get myself treated. The doc had an ipad on which she made her notes and then also prescribed the meds in it. Apparently it is mentioned Docon on the printed prescription, basically that's the app the doc was using.

To my surprise when I exited the clinic I received sms from pharmeasy saying 25% discount on my prescription and I clicked on the link to see my prescription shared well with pharmeasy.

Nowhere have I given my consent to share my data to any third-party medical store or service. Can there be steps taken from my side?

Really frustrated to see private players taking patients' data as a joke.
