I know they're building a gas station (?) on Atlanta road, but what's going on that corner?

I need my yard completely cut down, including bushes and trees. I got an estimate, but the company doesn't take cards or checks (only cash and zelle) and just gives me a bad feeling. Are there any recommendations for this sort of thing?
