I dont have a teleport wand or a digging wand, so i tried unstable teleportium

Made with Create Aeronautics, Create Big Cannons, and CC: Tweaked with CC: Sable, it is it's own contraption I just connected it to the ground with docking ports, but it can be attached to other contraptions, my next goal is adding speed control for better targeting, since currently it's just bang-bang with feathering so it doesn't lock on very greatly
