(SPOILERS!) Thoughts just having finished watching battle tendency
>!I was initially skeptical because of Part 1 being a bit for a lack of a better term underwhelming, so I dropped the series until my brother told me to get back into it. And I am so glad that I was wrong. I don't typically get emotional or upset from fictional media. This got me upset. So much so that I stopped watching for that day. Joseph has gotta be one of the most entertaining protags I've seen in a while, I know he's in Part 3 but there were a couple of times where I actually thought he was fucked until he came up with some bugs bunny ass solution. !<
>!Don't even get me started on Caesar, I know it's memed (even now lol but that's because i'm still upset about it) it hit me so fucking hard. Not only because it's sad but also because it mirrors how William died. In Part 1 William died in Jonathan's arms where as in Part 2 Joseph doesn't even SEE him get crushed and die a horrible death.!<
>!The only problem I have in this story is that I felt Wamuu felt better as an antagonist than Kars did. With Wamuu it felt astronomically more character-driven and personal because of what happened with Caeser. Not to mention the fact that it was Caesar's headband that defeated Wamuu. Kars for as cool as he is and as big as his fight felt, it felt like a means to an end. Everything else is damn near flawless!<
TL;DR: Yep. It's good. Part 1 was aight but now I'm really invested. I'm hoping to watch through all of Part 3 soon!
