Feasibility of Adding Circuitry for Composite Inputs

Hey all! I got one of the clear prison TVs (Zenith H13E01L) a while back, and I had a question about "modding" it. This TV shares a similar board to that of a Daewoo DTQ-13V1FC I believe, and that TV has inputs for composite video standard. I know I can technically maybe do an RGB mod, but I don't need anything fancy and the convenience of having standard RCA ports to plug into without using a modulator would be nice.

My question is, would it be possible to find all the needed resistors and such, solder them onto the board and boom, composite input unlocked? Or would it perhaps be more in-depth? I've done more complex soldering so that isn't much of a concern, but I'm not sure if there would be more post-work to do to the circuitry to actually get that to work. I've been studying the schematics of the Daewoo and have been kinda struggling identifying what components I'd need, but could just need more time to interpret everything.

Any insight would be helpful as I've been eager to get this all cleaned up and back together!

Thanks :)

Found my first player! Things to do before trying to turn it on?

Hey all! Just joined this sub as I saw something at an estate sale that almost made me faint. A SuperBetamax VCR for only $10 bucks! I also got two sealed tapes for a dollar. I'm waiting to test it as I'm gonna see what's rattling around inside (the door perhaps), but I'm completely new to the format. I'm curious, is there anything I should do preemptively before even trying to plug it in to power?

Thanks!

Another trip, another random assortment of things in my cabin

Visiting home to go camping and transporting two 27" CRT TVs. As time goes on I've realized that my camping bed is way too big.

My CRT haul for the month

Thought I'd share some recent finds from FB Marketplace. I found a prison CRT, two 27 tubes, and a free CCTV monitor over the past few weeks. I even got a time lapse VCR with a security camera thrown in! Only thing is the monitor has crazy burn-in. The Phillips is RF only and extra heavy for no good reason, but the JVC has composite! Gonna replace my 27" Panasonic with the JVC to see how I like it. As for the clear Zenith TV, I'm working on reading the schematics to add in at least some composite ports.
