Finally pulled the trigger! Tarmac SL7

Just so excited! I just put down the deposit for this Tarmac SL7. I tested it earlier today and knew almost immediately it was the one.

I’m coming from an older Bianchi Infinito CV that turned out to be a size too big, so this feels like a massive upgrade.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to pick it up for another 10 days because I’m away, but I honestly can’t wait.

It definitely wasn’t cheap, but the complete package, the bike’s absolutely pristine condition, and the fact that I bought it from the original dealer with full history and a single previous owner gave me a lot of peace of mind and made it an easy decision.

Now the 10-day wait begins. I’ll definitely post more pictures once I finally get it home! 😄

Edit: Just found out a bit more about the bike. It’s actually only one year old and the Roval cockpit upgrade was also done by a Specialized Concept Store, which makes the whole package feel even better.

Planned to get something simpler, but this Bianchi Infinito CV (2015) looked too good to pass up 😅

Completely new to road cycling, still figuring things out. Wheels are not original and it has a fresh 105 cassette. Feels great so far.

How’d I do?
