Hey everyone! A couple of days ago, I asked for your feedback on the cover for my upcoming novel, Shadow of the First Sin, and the tips I received helped me immensely.

The first image is the "before" version, and the second is the "after." Following your suggestions, I added shading to give the central figure more definition, making it easier to tell the hair and face apart. I also added some subtle shading to the body, toned down the colors so they aren't quite as harsh, and corrected the text placement.

I’m definitely open to more tips if you have them, but otherwise, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who weighed in!
