We're moving back to Appleton in January, and while my significant other is familiar with the area, it's been 8-ish years since she was actively there. Because things change in such a big gap there, and we're foodies to the core, I'm looking for everyone's take (and why!) on the following cuisines in Appleton:

Best Chinese? (Specifically General Tso, Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef)

Best Neopolitan-style pizza?

Best Pho? (we adored Basils, but things can change in such a big time span!)

I'm using the Zaior Mobalytics guide (https://mobalytics.gg/diablo-4/builds/druid-zaior-shred?ws-ngf5-1=activeVariantId%2C2)

I have full mythic uniques for the entire build, and have actually traded out Great Storm boots for mythic unique Pentinent Greaves. Trying to further push my durability and power, I went ahead and tried a mythic seal to put on 5p Storm Shepherd+ 2p Red Wolf (3p effects) which gives the extra 20% damage reduction, 50% damage and 20% attack speed increase.

Obviously, I traded off Azurewrath + Penitent Greaves and reverted to Great Storm boots to do this, and swapped Thul for Gar for the extra 10% crit chance - sitting at 93.x% crit chance with the rune and north of 53xx% crit damage pre-buffs.

Testing this out, I feel like my damage is not only higher, but is way more consistent in dealing the DPS out.

Has anyone else tested the 5/2 seals for this build and encountered similar results?

Sidenote thoughts: Thundergod's Blessing does NOT provide as much of an increase as you'd think it should. Definitely felt like a significant downgrade vs Archdruid or Crushing.

My significant other and I are planning to move back to Wisconsin at the end of the year, and purchasing a home is on our fast track to-do list. While she's familiar with the Appleton area, neither of us have any idea of realtors in the area.

Anyone have solid recommendations/first-hand experience with any Appleton realtors they'd recommend?

I've really had the itch to play Lords of Magic again, as it was arguably one of my childhood greats behind Age of Empires, and with all of the community layouts folks have built, has anyone come across anything useful for joystick and button control?
